This project is located in the neighbourhood of Leaside, East, York. For this project of a custom luxury new house, MEMAR ARCHITECTS was employed to do all architectural and interior design while helping the homeowner with the construction administration. The design included a single car garage integrated as part of the basement level and to elevate all the living space on top. In spite of the house being narrow and deep, the big windows incorporated along with the finishing color scheme had helped the space to feel very light.
